Generations ago, the Debaters of Galway went forth and conquered the globe. Now, the Lit & Deb brings back these forgotten heroes for one more night, one more test of their mettle.

As part of the build-up to the largest Intervarsity the Lit & Deb has ever held, we welcome back 8 of our greatest and most accomplished speakers to show us why, like a good wine, they’ve only gotten better with age.

Although many years have passed since these speakers graced the Kirwan with their arguments and rhetoric, we can be certain that the skills they learned have not ebbed away. Come along and find out who will be crowned the greatest of them all. Each of these people have tasted success, but there can be only one Hero.
